Misleading Listing, Shocking Customer Service, and Unresolved Billing Issues
Negative: he property's location is misleading—while there is a view of the beach from the terrace, it is not actually near the beach. Customer support is practically non-existent with very slow response times. Furthermore, early check-in carries an extra €30 charge, and check-out is unusually early at 10:00 AM.
Most concerning is their handling of paperwork; after three days, they still refuse to issue a formal invoice, requiring us to report the issue to Booking.com and local authorities. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere, as guest service is clearly not a priority for this management team
